Not all our services may be available for those who do not use our Porta or Mera voip soft switch.

Premium business class call quality for US destinations. Standard call quality for international routes. Recommended for hosted pbx services. Uses premium carrier routes.

Billing interval 60/60.

We can provide Quality of Service for US destinations if we design the network for you.

Requirements: Minimum $100 payment using credit card, Pay Pal, Moneybookers, e-check or wire transfer.
You can add funds using your credit card on your private label web interface, night or day as needed.
Funds are available instantly.

If you are high volume customer, we recommend the VIP rates as there is a limit on credit card transactions up to $500 for minutes.

2) VIP RATES: for high volume special pricing please see below - by request only
Good call quality and pricing for hosted pbx, regular residential voip services, calling cards and callback. Uses premium carrier routes with good pricing for high volume voip resellers.

Billing interval 1/1 (except Mexico 60/60).

Requirements: Minimum $1000 payment via wire transfer.

Please provide your 5 top destinations and monthly volume to those destinations in your ticket.

Choose Reseller Department and submit a ticket with subject SPECIAL VIP RATES or email your reseller representative or Customer Account Manager (CAM).

Your CAM contact information would have been emailed to you when you filled up the contact_us form.

Please note we can only offer SPECIAL VIP HIGH-VOLUME pricing to customers who pay for their minutes by wire transfer and sell over 100,000 minutes per month.

We may allow grace period for new resellers to reach this target but it is subject to Accounting approval.

3) CALLSHOP RATES for EZ VoIP CallShop Plan only, click to download :
Now available only for select routes and requires pre-qualification by Accounting Department.
Rates may change weekly.

This is basic call quality with aggressive pricing suitable for call shops and pc2phone and can only be used on with the EZ VoIP Callshop Plan.
Uses basic carrier routes. Billing interval 1/1 (except Mexico 60/60).
Requirements: Minimum $500 payment via wire transfer.

Rates may be lower if you do not need our softswitch services. Your rates are dependant on the switch your services use. We have multiple switches and platforms to meet the growing needs of your VOIP business.

Our rates are discounted based on purchase volume and valid method of payment for the prepaid call credits.

Please note for recurring orders $500 and above, we require payment by wire transfer to qualify for good rates.
The setup fees can be paid using a credit card.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
Please be advised that Carriers may charge for any error messages. These types of charges may be deducted from your account automatically.

Our service has an uptime of 99.9% (please request for business class server when you sign up) with redundant sip/proxy servers with good call quality and subscriber ratio.

The rates include our private label softswitch services. While we strive to provide the best rates possible for the quality of service we provide, we do not compete on price alone. Quality of service is more important to us than just the price.

We are selective in bringing aboard the right team of resellers who can continue to succeed in this VoIP industry. We are in the business for the long-term and are looking for resellers who have the commitment, technical and sales skills to succeed in this VoIP Revolution.

Please discuss with your Customer Account Manager (CAM) about whether you qualify for the Private Label Voip Porta Reseller Platform (tech skills required) or our Agent plan which may suit you better if you are more of a Sales Person.

Setup Fees

Please note setup fees are not refundable as it involves direct labor costs associated with configuring and setting up the packages you order. While we will do our best to provide the services you request, we cannot refund setup fees once the account is setup.

VoIP Tech Requirements
We recommend the EZ VoIP plan for resellers who do not have a strong technical background. You will need a tech person on staff to fully deploy the porta switch.

Please note custom charges will apply if you do not have sufficient technical skills and if you need a dedicated engineer to troubleshoot and solve your problems in real time via chat.

You can always submit a tech support ticket at http://support.globalink.us for minor tech issues.

While we strive to provide support on various voip devices, our basic support for 3rd party devices and software may be limited.

If you need us to troubleshoot your pc, your network or work on third-party pbx like asterisk, it would be considered custom services and will be billable.

Porta Switch Rental - Reseller Enterprise Plans

If you are interested in renting our Porta soft switch, we recommend that your technical person has sufficient technical skills required to manage the switch. We will provide the back-end support and initial training.

We do not charge for incoming minutes. Most inbound did applications with voip devices registered to our server are not billed. If you are using our routes, your monthly charge will be minimal to cover basic support and licensing costs.

If you are not using our routes, we charge a processing fee to cover our costs of doing business. Fees are primarily determined by your method of payment, support requirements, volume of usage and routes used.

Standard support services are included and additional support can be purchased as needed for various services such as carrier provisioning, ssl or merchant configuration and custom web programming.

Wholesale Termination (please click for details)

If you are interested in offering only wholesale termination (and you already have your own switch) without all the added features of our class 4/5 switch, you can do so by just purchasing minutes without any setup fees with a minimum deposit of $500.

For security reasons, this amount must be paid by wire transfer only.

You will need to purchase an initial $500 worth of voip minutes.

Calling Card Private Label Services

Please note that we can setup your own gateways and access numbers on our Porta Switch. You may want to use our Reseller Deluxe Package Service as you can deploy your services faster. Discounts are based on purchase volume.

Callback Private Label Services

You have 2 legs for each callback call. All calls originate from the US. So if a person is calling from Cairo, Egypt to say London, you will have one leg of the call from US to London and another from US to Cairo. We recommend the Enterprise Plan for callback.

Unlimited Packages

If you are interested in offering unlimited plans to your customers, you will need to buy wholesale minutes at our rates and may create your bundles for the specific markets you wish to target. We are now able to offer "flat rate" voip packages in select markets. Please contact your reseller representative about this new service.

Hosted PBX Rates
There is no monthly charge for extensions. Each extension will include Unified Messaging (Voice and Fax ) and Auto Attendant IVR.

DID and SIP Trunking (Phone numbers are sold in blocks of 20)

Wholesale DIDs are sold to those who use our Porta or Mera Softswitches.

Please contact your reseller rep about our new Virtual PRI offering. We can sell you virtual channels. You can buy low cost phone numbers and associate it with each Virtual PRI or channel. You may need to get more channels as you grow. A channel allows one concurrent call and unlimited incoming minutes.

If you are interested in offering sip trunks , please contact your reseller rep. We are now able to offer "flat rate" voip packages in select markets.

We also provide engineering services to setup your own local phone numbers in your own country using our equipment. Please contact Support with your questions.

Globalink Voip Phone Service US DIDs are billed monthly. All incoming minutes may be free depending on the wholesale plan you select.

Please note that in order to qualify for wholesale rates, we require a minimum of 20 dids per order. You can always purchase a single phone number at our retail rates at http://globalink.us/store

International DIDs vary by province and country.

If you are buying in larger quantities, it will be lower.
A minimum of $1.99 setup fee may apply for small orders.
For large orders the setup fee may be waived.

We also provide engineering services to setup your own local phone numbers in your own country using our equipment. Please contact Support with your questions.

If you prefer unlimited inbound, you will need to get our PRI channels.

We also have pay per minute plans that may work better for your needs. You only pay for the incoming minutes used.

We can also provide toll free numbers, number porting and 911 services. There is an additional $1 regulatory fee for 911 enabled dids. Outbound 911 calls cost $30 per incident to avoid system abuse.

Please note activation charges may apply for account provisioning.

You may also use our approved list of third party did vendors. Please check with support. If vendor is not in the approved list, there may be an additional charge to have the vendor configured to work on our Porta Switch.

Please note that third party DID vendor support is not available with the EZ packages.

We support Linksys Devices. Most open sip compliant devices will work on Porta Softswitch but our support is optimized for Linksys Devices.
