Apricot Dessert

  • 46 oz. can apricot nectar
  • 7 Tbs corn starch Cook until thick. Cool.
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

                           

Instructions

Tear Angel food cake (16 Oz) into a 9 x 13 dish. Pour thickened apricot mixture over cake. Lift cake with fork to cover with apricot mixture. Put apricot halves on top.
